- TICKETS are on sale once prices are listed. The date shown as “On Sale” is an estimate – and tickets are
usually on sale earlier, so keep checking back (or make sure you’re on our mailing list) - Ticket orders are filled in the order that PAYMENT is received. Because orders aren’t actually filled until a few
days before the concert, we are unable to tell you where your seats will be – but rest assured that all orders are
filled in the order payment is received, so your seat will be in the exact same place it would be even if we COULD
tell you where it will be. - ALL tickets will be held at Will Call for pickup on the night of the concert

| The ONLY options for ADVANCE TICKET PURCHASING are: |
- Buy Now buttons (orders processed by PayPal -- but you may use a CREDIT CARD -- see below) which appear
next to the prices for each concert:
- The Buy Now buttons enable you to use a credit card, bank account or existing PayPal account balance as
the source of your funds for the purchase - The DEADLINE for using the Buy Now buttons is noon on the day of the concert.
- Payment by MAIL:
- Available up to 3-4 days prior to concert date IF PRE-APPROVED (email or call)

- PLEASE NOTE:
- If you mail your check in an envelope with a BUSINESS NAME as the return address, MAKE SURE you make
it clear that you're using it for PERSONAL use.
- At EARLIER CONCERTS - Once listed as "on sale", tickets for future concerts are available after 7:00 pm on
the night of any other concert. You will be given a receipt for your cash, check or money order purchase of
tickets. - NIGHT OF SHOW (CASH ONLY) - On the night of concerts, ticket sales typically begin 30 minutes before show
time (usually at 7:00 pm with show times of 7:30 pm). Please do not arrive earlier than that hoping to buy
tickets, as they will not be available.
There is NO BOX OFFICE - nor other outlet - for ADVANCE TICKET SALES - at which tickets can be
purchased in advance (until 7:00pm the night of the concert)
There is NO ORDERING BY PHONE option. Only INFORMATION may be obtained by phone – but that
information is almost certainly on this page and/or the page listing the concert

ALL SEATS ARE RESERVED
- The individual concert listings (on the monthly pages) will indicate the price for each row.
- The concerts take place in a 95 year old church, with seating on PADDED church pews (with backs). Seats are
RESERVED by Row & Section. There are only 6-8 seats in each of the two sections per row. Your ROW and
SECTION is reserved; however, because the seating is on benches, it’s impossible to designate a “space” as a
“numbered seat”, so your EXACT seat cannot be assigned. But with only 6-8 seats per row/section, no seat is
further than 8 seats from the center of that row. - All orders are filled in the order payment is received. While we usually can't tell you, until you pick up your
tickets, which row you'll be in, you'll be in the closest row available at the time your payment is received.
